There are now three options for the estimates and consultations.

Option #1 Free, unscheduled site visit

• LMS prides itself in fast, dependable service for this free estimate
• Please be very detailed with information you provide
• Our representative will either leave a report with you or will follow-up within a week with your requests.
• This option is best for anyone looking for general diagnosis, plant recommendations or landscape suggestions.

Option #2 $30.00 Scheduled appointment

• 20 minute consultation
• Follow-up within one week to include descriptive report and pricing
• Appointments are Tuesday-Thursday and Saturdays from 8-6; we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
• This option is best for anyone looking for general landscape ideas, diagnosis of suspected plant issues, or plant identification.
• Please call the garden center for availability and pricing of any plant or product suggestions made by LMS.

Option #3  $75.00 Design/Bid Services - FULLY REFUNDABLE

• $75 is credited on billing of contracted work
• Drawing plans (if applicable), job description and associated cost of labor will be sent by mail/email for your review and hopeful acceptance.
• Work is scheduled in the order to which signed contracts are received.
